HISTORY. The year 2000 was dubbed for me a year of "Joy in Worship, Praise & Thanksgiving." It was during this year that I went to my bedside seven-times each day to praise on my knees. I remember letting up on the exact number of seven for a few days and I was promptly convicted by the Holy Spirit. Seven was seven and for this year, it was my number!

I praised through the Psalms in many versions that year and one morning, as I was jogging, this song just bubbled right up from the depths.
