Chorus:
No time to think, I’m on the brink
Just ramblin’ on, Seems all wrong,
Endless chatter, doesn’t matter,
There’s gotta be more!
Repeat

1. I love my man, try all I can,
It’s a tug-o-war, there must be more!
We’re fallin’ apart.
I’m all alone here in our home,
He’s not here, no where near,
We’re fallin’ apart.
Chorus

2. Kids are a strain, always a pain,
Tear me apart, tug at my heart,
I can’t seem to help.
Too many choices, all the voices
Watch them fall, hear them call,
I can’t seem to help.
Chorus

3. There is a friend, true to the end,
His hand outstretched for us the best,
He’s so much more.
True peace of mind, not just a blind,
Through every day, He is the way,
He’s so much more.

Take time to think, it’s there in ink,
The Bible’s true, hope’s there for you
Now is the time, find peace-o-mind,
He can help you.
Repeat

No time to think,
Take time to think,
Hope’s there for you!

HISTORY. This is the song I was NEVER going to sing in public (because I didn't "feel" this way). I have always had an intense sense that life will make sense despite our inability to comprehend it fully right now.

Yet, from the first time time I sang this song in public, in little Kennedy, MN, it has found a way into people's hearts. It was first recorded at Emmanuel Christian Center in Minneapolis, MN in 1991 - featuring my Northern Minnesota accent, but in this 2005 rendition you will enjoy the country western jive of Juli Manners with guest appearances by Andy Reiss on the electric and accoustic guitars and Tim Lorsche on the violin.
