Q. Login Troubles
A. If you are an attendee, press the "I'm an Attendee" button and then either login with the password generated for you (sent via email when you registered) or ask for a reset by clicking "Ive forgotten my password." For speakers, use the email address we've been using to send you updates. If you still can't get in, use the contact form at the bottom of this page to request we send you a direct link.
Q. How do I change my password?
A. Click the "I've forgotten my password" link. HeySummit will send an auto generated password, which you can then change to whatever you want.
Q. I can't see how to pay for the Full Access Pass.
A. HeySummit has a weird thing at the purchase page. Instead of it being at the BOTTOM (where we're used to seeing it), the NEXT button is at the top right. Hope this helps! Screenshare here: https://youtu.be/acd6TFDtulw

A. Please clear your cache and cookies. If using a VPN, disconnect that and try again.
