Unlike pastors, worship leaders, speakers, and other Christian leaders, Women's Ministry Leaders are hard-pressed to find resources, places to connect, or even words of encouragement. A small percentage have degrees, but most survive on the fumes of tradition, hand-me-down programs, and a morsel of on-the-job training. Many go virtually unnoticed, underappreciated, and misunderstood.
A lot of Women's Ministry Leaders feel:

- criticized by people who don't understand what is involved.
- challenged by their need, but lack of insights, in how to recruit, train, and nurture a team.
